Not all people who agree that pornography harms women would agree that cartoon pornography is just as harmful. Real women are neither sold, nor raped, nor drugged, nor tortured on camera to collect millions of hits. Scenes on monitors involve non-existent cartoon characters who in principle cannot feel anything. But the harm from cartoon pornography is great.

A peculiarity of drawing pornography (hentai, furry) is that it is hypertrophied and non-physiological, unlike pornography with live women. In cartoon pornography, the torture of explicitly female creatures is depicted in such a way that it would be virtually impossible to replicate. For example, scenes where animals, monsters or other male characters cum in a female character so that her stomach swells and semen pours out of her mouth and nose. For example, scenes where the penis (or its likeness) in the process of violence can be seen inside, high up under the female character's ribs.

Because drawn pornography is hypertrophied and very non-physiological, the violence on the female character (whom viewers identify as a woman because of the hypertrophied female genitalia) is depicted more violently than could be done to a real woman.

The depiction of sexual violence against women normalises that violence itself. And thousands of people around the world are turned on by acts of violence against women. This not only affects men, but also women who watch pornography because they get used to the idea that violence against them is the OK, that this is the "normal", conventional sex. Who suffers from this? Men who, according to the canons of pornography (including cartoon porn), believe that having sex and raping a woman are the same thing? Or women who believe that having sex and raping a woman are the same thing?

Thus, as a result of cartoon pornography:

1. The hypertrophied sexual abuse of women is presented as the normalcy.
2. Women who watch pornography think that rape and sex are the same thing. Many women have psychological and sexual problems due to watching pornography.
3. The hypertrophied image of a woman with gigantic breasts, buttocks, ideal proportions of labia, etc. promotes the idea that this is the ideal of a woman's body.
4. The sexualisation and objectification of women becomes the normalcy.
5. Еhe idea that women enjoy rape reinforces itself.
6. Violence against women increases because of the freedom that the genre offers: you don't have to film a real woman, you can paint her, embodying all the most perverted desires.

So, pornography, whether it depicts real women or drawn, is harmful to females. It is not enough to remove real women from porn for it to become harmless.Cartoon pornography has specific features that allow for scenes with the most elaborate torture of women (female beings), that allow for depictions of things that do not exist in nature (such as giant breasts or penises), and that become the ideal to which everyone begins to aspire.  The fact that the torture of women is drawn with software rather than filmed does not make pornography less harmful.
